6 women joined our Women’s Freeride & Yoga program and they loved every minute of it! We started our days with a activating yoga session from 7 to 8 am, followed by a hearty breakfast. After a full day on the mountain, a further yoga session before dinner ensured we were well stretched and relaxed for the next day. The combination of skiing and yoga is fantastic – I benefited from the early morning yoga especially as it helped warm up my knee before skiing. On the mountain the ladies not only improved their technical skills in powder, they also gained a lot of confidence and we had a ball!
