After assessing your current situation, we will define the coaching goal together. I then develop a coaching program tailor-made to your needs and according to the agreed time frame. Using carefully selected tools, I will support you on your way to achieving your goals. Plus, I’ll make sure we’re keeping on track.
One-on-one coaching typically involves 8 to 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions of 90 minutes each. You will also do around 10 minutes of self-guided training at home per day. I coach in German and English as well as virtually.
